Postage and Payment
Postage is just £1.00 per order for UK addresses. You can purchase as many items as you like at no extra postage cost. I aim to post all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment and always use Royal Mail First Class.

For non-UK customers, shipping is just £2.00 per order. Please click on the button below to upgrade to international shipping.

How to order
Simply click the 'Add To Basket' button next to the item you'd like to purchase. This will add the item to your shopping basket. Repeat this for each item that you'd like to buy. When you've finished shopping, click the 'View Basket' button which can be found at the top of every page, to view the items in your basket. On this page, clicking on 'Proceed to Checkout' will take you to the Paypal website where you can complete your order.

I'm confindent that you'll be 100% satisfied with your order.
If not, I'm happy to accept returns provided items are returned within 7 days and unused but please get in touch with me first. Items should be returned by Recorded Delivery as I'm not responsible for items lost in the mail on return.

My shopping cart system
As I don't have an automated shopping cart I have to update the site by hand, so there is a small chance that an item could already be sold. In the event of this happening, I would either refund your money or offer to make another/something similar if possible.

SRAJD Logo
This shows that I am a member of the 'Self Representing Artist Jewellery Designers' organisation. It means that I handcraft all my jewellery and do not buy ready made items to sell on. You can verify that I'm a genuine member by visiting the SRAJD roster.
