Blood & Gold - £7.00

Made for a 'Novel' challenge on a beading forum, these tassel earrings were inspired by Anne Rice's vampire novel Blood & Gold. I've created the two round beads by weaving dozens of tiny Japanese seed beads in shades of red and black around a wooden core, then combined them with gorgeous Swarovski crystals in Ruby. Along with gold plated chain and findings they measure just under 3" long and ¼" across the beaded bead.
